Texas is responsible for the improvement of existing, along with the development of new infrastructure in a vast number of areas: transportation, parks and recreation, and state owned buildings among many others.

Engineering, architecture, environmental assessment / permitting and field services including survey, construction monitoring and materials testing services are provided to various state government agencies, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), Texas Historical Commission (THC), Commerce, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and numerous other agencies.
