Jacob & Martin, Ltd., formerly Yeatts & Decker, Inc., was founded in 1948. Our firm offers a wide range of engineering and professional services to meet the needs of municipalities, counties, water supply corporations, water districts, river authorities and private organizations. We’re still providing service to many clients that started with us over sixty years ago.
